At Hinch Distillery, we strive for perfection in every bottle, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we are committed to making it right within 14 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our food and beverage products, we can only accept returns on items that remain sealed and in their original packaging.
Return Process

Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue to initiate a return authorization.
- 2.Submit Documentation
For items damaged during transit, please provide clear photographs of the packaging and the product to expedite your claim.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping box to ensure they are protected during the return journey to our distillery.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
